Terms and conditions

All bookings are subject to the availability of seats and are taken on a first come, first served basis.

A booking is confirmed only once the payment due has been received, either through the website or by payment link.

Bookings close 7 days before the date of virtual delivery and 60 days before the date of physical delivery (see the note on physical delivery below).

You can cancel a booking by writing to info@direczion.com, and the booking amount will be refunded less the deductions below. Please check how far in advance you need to cancel.

Once you ask us to cancel, it takes about 7 business days to cancel the booking and start the refund. We will let you know when we have done so.

The money is returned to the account it came from. Banks can take up to 30 business days to process a refund; if it is delayed after we have confirmed the cancellation, please contact your bank.

Bookings carry administrative costs, so refunds are made after deducting them, including bank charges and any applicable taxes.

All information on this website is correct at the time of publishing. We may change the date or venue of a programme where necessary.

Completing an online booking form for a scheduled workshop means you accept these terms and conditions.

Physical delivery: Direczion may accept or decline a booking for a training workshop. If we decline a booking, we will tell you within 5 working days of it and refund you in full.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
